How do I get alerts when someone messages my reg?

You need to be a registered user to receive alerts. Once you have registered, search for your reg, hit follow and you'll start receiving email notifications should someone send that reg a message. Register Here

How do I claim my free air freshener?

To claim your air freshener you must be a registered user. Once you have registered you can claim your air freshener via the prompt or go to your account page and click on "claim free gift"

What types of messages can I send through MsgThatReg?

You can send various types of free pre-populated messages, a video or a photo as a registered user. If you would like to send your own custom personalised message, you will need to be a Solo or Premium Member. Please note we have guidelines to ensure that messages remain respectful and are used for constructive communication only. Any abusive or threatening messages will not be delivered. Is my personal information secure when I use MsgThatReg?

Yes! Your privacy and security are our top priorities. MsgThatReg doesn’t disclose your personal information to the recipient. We only use the details you provide to deliver your message.

I followed a Reg, sent a message and didn't receive an alert.

This is by design. You will not receive alerts for vehicles you follow where you are the sender.

I uploaded a Photo / Video but cannot comment on it

You cannot comment (as an Anonymous or Registered User) on a message you have created. You must be a Solo or Premium Member to achieve this. As a registered user, you are able to comment on other messages.
